The cabinet also discussed on the possibility of setting up a port at Ramayapatnam.  Chandrababu said that the central governemnt is showing partiality towards AP.  He said that AP government has requested the central government Rs.1,200 crores aid for the Titli cyclone affeted areas.  Titli has caused a loss of around  Rs.3600 crores but the central government has given only Rs.229 crores.  Chandrababu is planning to write a letter to central home minsiter regarding the same.
