Grand Alliance leaders considering of T-Congress and T-TDP leaders met Chief Election Commissioner of the state Rajat Kumar today and complained against the TRS government for misusing power. Grand Alliance leaders Uttam Kumar Reddy, L. Ramana, Chada Venkat Reddy, Dileep Kumar met Rajat Kumar. Uttam Kumar Reddy spoke with the media after the meeting and alleged that the government is purposefully troubling the opposition leaders.
Uttam Kumar said that Police department and other departments in the government are acting in a favourable manner to the ruling party and troubling opposition party leaders. He said that government is tapping the phones of opposition leaders and they are even checking the vehicles of L. Ramana, Kodandaram. He said that the situation is not the same with the opposition party leaders.
He also said that the TRS is doing publicity on the MMTS trains with the photos of KCR with government expenditure. He reminded that CM’s residence can’t be used for party meetings. He said that Grand Alliance leaders requested Rajat Kumar to investigate into the phone tapping issue and take necessary action.
